A
QUIET
MOMENT
of reflection
and learning together
Matthew
28:20:
And surely I am with you
always, to the very end of the age."
Quiet
Moment
Introduction
The
Quiet Moment was started in 2003 by five FAO staff members who wanted to know
more about their Christian faith. It has subsequently developed into a
space for Christians of all denominations – plus those interested in learning
about Christianity – to come together in a very informal setting to discuss
what the bible has to say to us in our daily lives, at work as well as at home.

-We would like to share the following inspiring words
sent from one of our
QM-ers "I've always had difficulty making sense of when problems come
my way
in life. Rationalising the actual event never really gets me very far.
Rather
than thinking that God is testing us, I always like to think that He is
calling us to Him during these times - often they are the times we need Him
most or need to feel Him close to us. Example no.1 - Jesus on Good
Friday.
I rest my case!"
